    Q: Do you have a print catalog?
    A:

    We do not have a printed catalog for 2 reasons: (1) We are constantly adding new merchandise to our website and a printed catalog would be outdated before it was sent out; (2) We are exclusively a web-based company, we keep our overall cost as low as possible and we pass on the savings to our customers in lower prices.

    Q: Do you accept phone or fax orders?
    A:

    We accept orders placed on our website or if you prefer, you can also place your order by fax. At present time, we do not accept phone order, it saves time, and it also means that we don't need to hire additional employees to manually taking phone orders. This also translates into significantly greater savings for our customers.

    Q: Will I have to pay sales tax?
    A:

    Since Bonavie.com is located in Quebec, Canada, state law requires that we charge Provincial Sales Tax on orders shipped to customers residing in this state and GST on orders shipped to customers residing in Canada. We DO NOT charge sales tax to out international customers.

    Q: Will I have to pay a large shipping and handling fee each time I order?
    A:

    First of all, we do not charge Handling Fee. We offers a flat rate shipping option of only $3.00 for Canada and the Continental US Orders that take advantage of this low cost option are shipped by Canada Postal Service First Class Mail. UPS Ground, 3rd day and Overnight are also available at very affordable rates. International Shipping is done by Canada Post Global Priority with a flat rate of $20.00.

    Q: When can I expect delivery of my order?
    A:

    In most case, all orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order and often even sooner. Due to high demand sometimes it may take a little bit longer to ship, but that is ok if you consider the great deal you will be receiving.

    We welcomes customers worldwide and can ship to almost any destination of the world. However, customer is responsible for all duties and custom fees and /or import taxes that may arise from their purchase, if any.

    Q: How do you ship international Orders?
    A:

    From our experience, Canada Postal Service is the cheapest way to ship across the ocean and quite reliable. Customer can select one of the following Shipping method on Checkout Page: Air Mail, Registered Air Mail and Xpresspost International (EMS). We encourage international customers using Registered Air Mail as it includes up to $60 of coverage for loss or damage. We DO NOT charge Handling Fee.

    Q: What happens if the item I want is on backorder?
    A:
    Every attempt is made to keep our website current. In the event that inventory has run out before we could update the website, and your order has already been received, that item will be put on backorder unless otherwise instructed. You will be notified by e-mail that it won't be included in your shipment and you will be given an approximate ship date.

    Q: What if I'm not happy with the product I receive?

    You have 15 days to for return any merchandise. It is our intention to make sure youТre totally satisfied, therefore we stand behind our products and guarantee all of our products. Simply include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip and make sure the goods are in their original package. The amount of the returned products will be offered an exchange or store credit.     Q: Can you ship my order to an address different with my billing address?

    Yes, you may enter an alternate shipping address you wish to send your order to by entering it on the checkout page. However, please note that all first time orders will ship only to your billing address. This is for your protection against fraudulent orders.     Q: How do I care for my jewelry?
    A:
    If your piece contains silver, remember it is sterling and can tarnish. Tarnishing is a natural process caused by oxidation, and does not damage the silver. Tarnish can easily be removed by rubbing the piece gently with a soft, treated polishing cloth. Polishing cloths may be purchased from Bellavie.ca or a local jewelry store. Many department stores also sell disposable polishing cloths

    Q: What is Silver and what is Sterling Silver?
    A:
    Silver is a precious metal that has been used for thousands of years for various purposes such as ornaments, tableware, jewelry and money. Its value as a precious metal was long considered second only to gold (for more information, please see our "Product Information" page). Because pure bullion silver (.999 Fine) is too soft to make into jewelry, so an alloy is made by adding around 7.5% copper and a tiny amount of zinc, bronze or nickle. This means that the sterling silver has a purity of 92.5%. resulting alloy is identified as .925 or "Sterling" Silver, the international mark for which is 925. All of our Silver Jewelry and its components including crimps, clasps, connectors, beads, extenders is solid Sterling Silver.

    Q: How do I care for sterling silver?
    A:
    Sterling silver is a metal that is meant to be worn. Tarnishing occurs when silver is exposed to air, moisture, certain chemicals, or oils. The more textured a silver item is, the faster it will tarnish. If it is a piece you do not wear daily, wipe it down with a soft dry cloth before storing it to remove any body oils and keep the jewelry in cloth pouches or Zip-closure plastic bags or airtight container, and also by avoiding contact with things like hairspray, perfumes, body lotion and liquid cleaners. A soft polish-treated silver cloth usually works best to remove tarnish from jewelry.
